To support individuals and families across Metro Vancouver to realize their full potential while strengthening social connections and reducing intergenerational isolation. We believe that when seniors and youth come together, entire communities flourish.

Health & Wellness Hub
A community hub where seniors and youth access primary care navigation, mental health counselling, peer support, and enriching social activities.
